With over 30 years of professional expertise, Frank’s role as the Global Leader of our Enterprise Operations revolves around elevating client care in project and program management through strategic planning, thoughtful delivery and comprehensive cost management. He helms a skilled team that delivers exceptional service across various industry sectors on a regional, national and global scale.
Frank’s background in architecture and entrepreneurship infuses a creative yet pragmatic approach in delivering world-class outcomes. During his tenure, the Enterprise Operations team has successfully expanded service offerings, driven client satisfaction and honed a speciality in integrated solutions. In collaboration with Frank, the team has established a track record for effectively managing large, complex programs and fostering robust client relationships.

Q. What motivates you in your work?
A. I love the entrepreneurial nature of this business - it’s always about innovation, growth and finding new ways to serve clients. The other big driver for me is the opportunity to help people develop their careers and grow as individuals. This is one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do.
Q. What excites you most about the CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend integration?
A. CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend coming together is an incredibly exciting opportunity for us and our clients. We’re at a point in time when we need fresh ideas, new technology and bold thinking to help businesses succeed, but also to help our planet and people to thrive. No one in our industry is better positioned to provide this than our new, combined enterprise.
Q. What have been some of your career highlights?
A. I’ve had the privilege of working on transformative projects in Mexico, Spain, Brazil and across the US. Beyond the projects themselves, what stands out the most is seeing great teams emerge from them.
Every time I’ve worked on a major assignment, I’ve seen new leaders grow and go on to do incredible things. For me, each project is an opportunity to help people discover their strengths and build the next generation of leaders.
Q. What are you most proud of in your career?
A. The relationships I’ve built. Seeing colleagues whom I’ve mentored become industry leaders, trusted advisors and even clients is incredibly rewarding. Knowing I’ve played a part in their journey is what makes my work meaningful.
Q. What advice would you give someone starting out in the industry?
A. Be open to exploring different aspects of the business. Try to take on different types of projects – you never know what will spark your passion. The other thing I always say is, bring your authentic self to work. You don’t need years of experience to add value. Your perspective matters.

In 2025, we became a bigger, stronger, and more connected business—expanding our global reach, deepening our expertise, and strengthening the solutions we deliver to clients.
With the integration of CBRE project management, we almost doubled our size, growing to 247 offices and to over 22,000 people across 63 countries.
The result is a stronger, more capable organization with the breadth of expertise to support the most complex and ambitious major projects and portfolios.
