Turner & Townsend, the global professional services company, is strengthening its leadership across the Americas with the appointment of James Corrigan as Managing Director for the United States. 

James moves into the role after more than 20 years with Turner & Townsend, having most recently served in a senior leadership position within the U.K. business. In his new role, James will lead the firm’s U.S. operations, supporting continued growth across key sectors and ensuring strong leadership and performance across complex programs for public and private sector clients nationwide. He will report to Anooj Oodit, Regional Managing Director, Americas and will be based in New York.

James brings deep experience in major programs, infrastructure and program advisory, having led teams on some of the U.K.’s most complex and high-profile capital investments. During his career, he has played a central role in evolving Turner & Townsend’s infrastructure and program advisory capability, strengthening client relationships and building high performing, collaborative teams. 

James also is widely recognized for his commitment to people development, having championed career progression, inclusive leadership and mentorship throughout his career. He is passionate about creating environments where teams can thrive, grow their expertise and contribute to industry-defining work. 

His appointment reflects Turner & Townsend’s continued investment in the U.S. market, as demand grows for integrated program, project and commercial management services across infrastructure, real estate and energy and natural resources. With a strong focus on client impact and operational excellence, James will work closely with teams across the U.S. to accelerate growth, strengthen capability and deliver measurable value for clients navigating increasingly complex delivery environments.
