Turner & Townsend reports record growth as global revenue reaches £5.76 billion

PRESS RELEASE
Turner & Townsend, the global program management company specializing in project, cost and commercial management, has achieved the number one position across three Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) 2026 award categories and is being recognized as the top overall professional services firm:
- Top 100 Professional Services Firms
- Top 50 Program Management Firms
- Top 50 Construction Management Firms
- Top 100 Construction Management/PM-for-Fee Firms
The firm also ranked third in ENR’s Top 20 Firms in Combined Design and CM-PM Professional Services Revenue category. The ranking acknowledges the scale and breadth of Turner & Townsend’s integrated service offering, which continues to deliver large-scale major programs for clients across the world.
ENR’s annual rankings recognise leading professional services firms in the U.S. based on revenue generated in 2025 from program, construction and project management and related professional services performed for a fee. Turner & Townsend’s top placements reflect the firm’s sustained growth across the Americas, strong delivery of complex capital programs, and continued investment in its people, innovation and market‑leading intelligence.
“These results reflect the trust our clients place in us and the dedication of our teams across the Americas, said Anooj Oodit, regional managing director for the Americas at Turner & Townsend.
“Achieving the number one position across three ENR categories demonstrates our ability to deliver certainty, performance and value at scale. It also reflects how we are evolving as a business—enhancing our capabilities, investing in our people and leveraging our platform with CBRE to support our clients in increasingly complex delivery environments.”
Growth and platform strength
Since becoming a majority-owned subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc. in November 2021, Turner & Townsend —now a $7.55b business—has accelerated its growth and increased its investment, expanding its ability to support clients across its three core segments: real estate, infrastructure, and energy and natural resources.
Turner & Townsend supports public and private sector clients with end‑to‑end solutions across the project lifecycle—from early strategy through to execution and close-out. This includes asset and building consultancy, construction management, controls and performance, cost and commercial management, digital, procurement and supply chain, program advisory, project management and sustainability.
This growth reflects increasing demand for integrated, data-driven program delivery across complex capital projects.
Investment in people
In recent years, Turner & Townsend has strengthened its leadership and market presence across the Americas with key senior hires. James Corrigan was recently appointed Managing Director for the United States, located in New York. James brings more than 20 years’ experience with the firm and deep expertise in major programs, infrastructure and program advisory, having led some of the UK’s most complex and high‑profile capital investments prior to assuming leadership of the U.S. business.
Market-leading intelligence
The firm continues to strengthen its position as a trusted source of insight through its flagship publications, including its 2026 Global office fit-out cost guide, Tall buildings construction guide, and U.S. market intelligence reports. These reports help clients navigate cost volatility, supply chain pressures, and delivery risk across global markets.
