DEN’s Vision 100 is centered around four key pillars. These include powering their people—supporting employees, partners, and neighboring communities; growing infrastructure—to accommodate more passengers; maintaining what they have—focused on caring for existing assets; and expanding global connections—leveraging DEN’s location and extensive land to broaden the air service network and grow cargo operations.
Over the next three to five years, the capital improvement plan includes projects that deliver outcomes aligned with these pillars and the broader Vision 100 objectives.
These include building a Center of Excellence and Equity in Aviation to provide career opportunities for the community, as well as completing the gate expansion program and other major infrastructure projects to support the growing airline presence at DEN.
We are engaged in this next phase as the sole provider of program and project controls. We are supporting enhancements to the project management office (PMO) service delivery by helping DEN implement robust controls, along with effective and timely performance measurement.
We are proud to partner with several local minority- or women-owned businesses supporting the delivery of project controls at DEN, which will ultimately represent 35% of revenue participation.
DEN is an economic engine for the region, generating $33b a year, employing nearly 30,000 people, and supporting almost 260,000 jobs.
As it increases passenger volumes and global connections, the airport aims to create more economic, business, educational, and cultural opportunities for the local community.
