Matthew has over 20 years of international experience delivering major programs across infrastructure, defense, and energy and natural resources. He has held key leadership roles in both the development and delivery of complex programs, and has led program management office (PMO) setup and transformation initiatives within infrastructure, nuclear, and defense portfolios.
He brings a broad range of technical expertise and cross-sector experience gained in diverse global environments. His major program experience includes Hinkley Point C (EDF, UK), Al Barakah (Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, UAE), Australia Naval Infrastructure, and Babcock International Group.
In 2025, Matthew transitioned from Turner & Townsend’s UK business, where he led the Program Management Office service line and several major key client programs, to take on leadership of the North America Energy & Natural Resources business segment. Having spent a significant portion of his career in the power sector, he is deeply passionate about the future of the power industry and the energy transition.
