Nic Horn is Executive Vice President and Head of Real Estate for Turner & Townsend USA, serving as a member of both the USA and Americas boards. Based in San Francisco, Nic brings over 25 years of international experience in the construction consultancy industry, with deep expertise in program and project management.
Throughout his career, Nic has led complex global real estate programs and program management offices for major organizations, consistently delivering measurable results. His leadership has driven significant efficiencies – achieving millions in cost savings and reducing cycle times across multiple high-impact initiatives.
Nic has a strong track record of building and scaling program management offices across diverse geographies, navigating the complexities of large-scale real estate portfolios with precision and strategic foresight. Prior to joining Turner & Townsend in 2000, he served as a construction project manager with a leading international construction management firm.
He holds both PgMP and PMP certifications and contributes to the profession through his role on PMI’s Project Award Review Committee.
