Lisa Woodruff is an Executive Vice President with Turner & Townsend. Joining in 2011, Lisa brings 32 years’ experience across the construction industry. She is currently our North America Head of Integration, leading the integration of the CBRE Project Management business into Turner & Townsend. She also leads our MarComms, Sales and Proposal Development teams–driving growth and transformation across our USA business.
In addition, Lisa serves on various operational boards, steering groups, and committees, including Turner & Townsend’s USA Board, America’s Board, and Global Marketing and Communications Board, and serves as executive sponsor for several of our global key clients.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and served in the US Army ROTC. Following graduation from U of I, Lisa practised architecture for several years and earned her certification as a Licensed Architect in 2007. At the age of 24, Lisa founded Woodruff Design, Inc., a professional design and project management consulting business across the real estate industry.
Lisa is passionate about serving our communities and mentoring children and young adults. She currently serves as Turner & Townsend’s Americas Corporate Responsibility Board Sponsor and is a member of our Global Corporate Responsibility Steering Group. Lisa also represents Turner & Townsend on the ACE National Advisory Council and serves as an ACE Advisory Member for the ACE Nashville affiliate. She also serves as vice president on the Matthew 25 Board, a Nashville-based nonprofit serving and rehabilitating homeless veterans.
Lisa currently resides in beautiful Brentwood, Tennessee, with her husband Mark. Together, they have two grown sons, Quentin and Walter. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lisa enjoys staying active through running and martial arts. She also enjoys hobbies that tap into her passion for the arts and architecture, including painting, woodworking, and gardening.
